Nissan keeps things pretty simple with powertrain options for the Rogue. Numerous safety systems come standard on the Rogue, including anti-lock brakes, traction control and stability control. A rear backup camera is also standard across all models. The Rogue SL trim gets several notable enhancements for 2016.
